New Features

1- Jira Integration

We are delighted to release our top requested feature so far: Jira integration! Jira is a leading issue tracking platform used by millions of developers worldwide. With this integration, product teams can field feedback from their customers using Stomio communications system. If the product team determines a reported issue being an issue that needs engineering input, the ticket can be pushed to Jira with a push of a button! Read more here.

2- Ticket Number

Following the release of Jira integration, each ticket reported in Stomio now has a ticket number. This makes tracking and referencing tickets in Stomio much easier.

3- User Table Field Type: Person

A huge addition to our user table: adding a person as an entity. We heard from our customers the desire to associate internal team members with their testers (e.g. sales contact or customer success manager). With this addition, managers can create an person type entity and log the email of the contact person in the user table to create the association

4- Variables

Following our previous release, we added a new feature to the triggered email step: the ability to add variables in the email body to make the content of the triggered email dynamic to the flow
